Delete your Iqra account

To delete your account in the app, sign in and open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the request. If Firebase asks for a recent sign-in, enter your current account password. You can cancel before deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@iqra-app.com from the email address used for your Iqra account. State that you want the account deleted. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us and explain that in the request. We will verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes its Firebase Authentication record, including the email address, Firebase user ID and optional display name. Iqra does not keep separate account records in Firestore, Realtime Database or Firebase Storage in this app version.

What remains

Learning progress, quiz and Hifz data, language, settings and downloaded audio remain on your device because they are not linked to the account. Remove them separately in Settings → Reset Data and Settings → Clear audio cache, or uninstall the app. Firebase operational logs and records that must be retained under applicable law may follow separate retention rules; we do not claim an exact period for them here.
